Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times below are estimated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), starting from the date of shipment:

🕒 Please note: delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales) or due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. strikes, global health crises, customs delays).
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates depending on cart value or region.
Carriers & Order Tracking
We work with reliable carriers depending on your region (e.g., La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
Delayed Deliveries
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer support team:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos (if applicable).
We will initiate an investigation and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Partial Deliveries
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to logistics or inventory locations.
You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this occurs.

ABBI Skin Confidence Guarantee
ABBI is built on science, personalization, and partnership. Whether you are a Customer or an Ambassador, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and supporting your confidence in both your skin and your business.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
To qualify for a return, replacement, credit, or refund:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must contain at least 50% of the original contents.
- All returns must receive prior written approval from ABBI.
If your skin does not respond as expected, our team will review your experience and guide you toward the best solution. This may include product adjustments, replacements, credits, or refunds. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full product use.
Bundle Purchases
Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle or discounted set will be refunded or credited based on the bundle purchase price, not individual retail pricing. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customer-success@abbi.care within 15 days of delivery for resolution.
Ambassador Business Packs
Ambassador Business Packs may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, provided:
- All products are unopened and unused.
- The Ambassador formally requests to resign their account.
Enrollment fees, digital tools, and access-based services are non-refundable. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded from refunds.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are defined as any single order totaling $500 USD / $700 CDN or more within a rolling 30-day period.
To protect the integrity of the ABBI Ambassador program:
- Bulk orders are not eligible for full refunds due to personal preference, non-performance, or change of mind.
- ABBI reserves the right to limit, deny, or prorate refunds or credits on bulk orders at its sole discretion.
If a bulk return is approved, it may be subject to:
- A restocking fee of up to 25%.
- A reversal of commissions, bonuses, or incentives tied to the order.
- Refund issued as account credit instead of original payment method, at ABBI's discretion.
Repeated bulk purchase and return activity may result in account review, suspension, or termination of Ambassador privileges. ABBI reserves the right to review all bulk order activity and make final determinations to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the Confidence Guarantee or Compensation Plan.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email customer-success@abbi.care.
- Include your order number, Customer or Ambassador ID, and reason for return.
- Wait for written approval and return instructions.
- Customers and Ambassadors are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of returned items.
